SALMON CROQUET 
1 can salmon
1 egg
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. salmon juice

Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder with 2 tablespoons salmon juice. Mix salmon, egg and onion. Add flour, then juice mixture, and shape into patties. Fry until done.
