MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can tomatoes with green peppers
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
Corn chips and cheese

Brown the beef, onions and garlic; drain. Combine other ingredients in a bowl. Layer meat and soup mixture with cheese and corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
