1 yellow Betty Crocker cake mix with pudding
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. nuts, or pecans

Mix first 3 ingredients, pat out in a 13 x 9 inch pan for crust. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
