ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & broken up
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 1/2" x 11" pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut in squares. Freezes well.
