BROWN BAGGER'S DELIGHT 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. diced cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 pkgs. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except biscuits. Separate biscuits and roll each into a 5" circle. Top 10 with 3 tablespoons tuna mixture. Cover with remaining biscuits and flute edges with fork to seal. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden and fluffy. These wrap and pack for lunch well. Or serve hot with salad for a great luncheon.
