EAST TEXAS CHICKEN CUTLETS IN
SOUR CREAM
 
6 chicken breasts, boned and cut in half
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Dredge chicken in flour. Season with salt and pepper to your desired taste. In a skillet, heat butter and brown chicken on both sides. Then arrange the chicken in a greased baking dish. Mix sour cream with water and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
