BROCCOLI AND RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz or 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped ham (optional)

Sauté onions and celery in butter.

Add other ingredients and mix well.

Bake 1 hour at 275°F.
