POTATO PANCAKES GERMAN
KARTOFFELPHFANNKUCHEN
 
5 c. drained, grated potatoes
1 tbsp. grated onions
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sweet butter

Combine the first 5 ingredients and enough flour to bind to other ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoons in hot butter. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
