1 pkg. Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 sm. container sour cream
1 med. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix cake mix with pudding, eggs, oil, water and sour cream until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in flat cake pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Turn out on flat cake container, frost as desired.
