PUDDING DESSERT 
4 c. milk
2 sm. boxes of French vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

Mix pudding and milk add Cool Whip. Begin with a layer of graham crackers in 9 x 13 pan, then 1/2 of pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers. Second half of pudding mixture, and end with a layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight. Frost with chocolate frosting.

FROSTING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. Carnation milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips and butter and milk and powdered sugar alternately. Cook 5 to 10 minutes until smooth. Cool.
