COCKTAIL MEATBALLS I 
1 lb. hot or mild lean sausage (Bob Evans or R. B. Rice)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
1 egg

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Leave sausage at room temperature to soften for about an hour. Mix all four ingredients together. Just like a meatloaf. Hand roll into 1 1/2 to 2 inch meatballs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 100 to 120 meatballs.
