CITRUS COOLER 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mint leaves, coarsely chopped
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp. maraschino juice (opt.)
3/4 c. water
4 c. lemonade
Juice of 1 grapefruit
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour over mint leaves in a bowl and let steep 15 to 20 minutes. Strain. Combine remaining juices in a pitcher. Stir in sugar mint syrup. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. When ready to serve, pour into individual glasses. Garnish with orange strips and mint sprigs. Makes 4.
