SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
2 eggs
1 pkg. Mexican cornmeal mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion
1 stick butter

Saute onions in butter, add to all other ingredients. Place in oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture begins to brown on top.
