BACON-WRAPPED CHESTNUTS 
2 or 3 cans whole water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. brown sugar

Cut bacon strips in thirds. Wrap each strip around a water chestnut and poke with toothpick to hold. Set single layer in glass dish or cake pan. Heat in oven for 20 minutes at 400°F. Remove and drain. Combine 3 other ingredients and pour on chestnuts. Return to oven for 20 minutes at 400°F.
