PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice (unsweetened) 1/2 c. nuts (I use hickory nuts) Mix all ingredients and put in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost 5 minutes after taking out of oven with following recipe. FROSTING: 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. butter, softened 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla |
