LOW CAL WATERGATE SALAD 
1 box diet pistachio pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in its own juice
3 tbsp. Cool Whip

Add pudding mix to can of pineapple in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve.
