20 (2 1/2 inch) graham crackers 5 tbsp. reduced calorie butter (melted) 8 oz. Neuschafel Light cream cheese (softened) 12 oz. light whipped topping (divided) 2 sm. pkgs. sugar-free chocolate pudding 2 sm. pkgs. sugar-free vanilla pudding 4 c. skim milk (divided) BOTTOM LAYER: Crust graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Cool. MIDDLE LAYER: Fold 6 ounce light whipped topping into cream cheese; spread over crumb mixture. Refrigerate. Mix chocolate pudding with 2 cups skim milk; spread over cheese layer. Refrigerate. Mix vanilla pudding with 2 cups skim milk; spread over chocolate pudding layer; refrigerate. TOP LAYER: Spread remaining whipped topping on vanilla pudding layer. Sprinkle with a few grated graham cracker crumbs. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares - 220 calories each. (Exchange: 3/4 bread, 1 1/4 milk, 94 optional calories.) |
