PINEAPPLE PUDDING DELIGHT 
1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip
(For less calories, omit cream cheese)

Prepare cake mix as on package. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Soften cream cheese, add milk. Blend in pudding mix 2 1/2 minutes. Spread over cake. Drain pineapple, spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 18 to 20.
