DOWN EAST CHOWDER 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, chunk style
1 (8 oz.) can peas
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
7/8 c. water
1/2 tsp. Flavor Booster
Black pepper to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. I use the liquid from peas as part of the water.
