SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. flour

Drain salmon; save 2 tablespoons liquid. Mix salmon, egg and onion well. Combine liquid and baking soda; add to mixture. Add flour and stir well. Shape into patties and fry in hot oil on both sides.
