1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Boil butter, water and cocoa together for 1 minute. Mix the 2 cups sugar and flour together with boiled mixture. Add the 2 eggs, soda, vanilla and milk. Mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and egg. Stir in chocolate chips. Marblize over the batter in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness.
