SEVEN LAYER BARS OR HELLO DOLLY
BARS
 
1 stick butter (real butter is best)
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for glass dish). In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over melted butter. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients. Press down firmly with fork.

Bake 25 minutes or until lightly brown.

Make sure it is cool, then cut into bars or diamonds. Store at room temperature.

Variations: Replace 2 cups of chocolate chips with 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup butterscotch chips and 1 cup white chocolate chips.
