GRANDMOTHER BREWER'S POTATO
SALAD
 
6 to 8 med. sized red bliss potatoes, boiled and peeled (if desired) sliced thinly, then add
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise, thinned with 2 tbsp. half and half

Blend together and chill.
