GOOSEBERRY PIE | |
4 c. berries 2 c. sugar 7 tbsp. flour 1 1/3 tbsp. butter For ripe gooseberries, reduce sugar to 1 1/2 cups. Mix together and pour into a 9 inch pie crust (unbaked). Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. NOTE: Overbaked green gooseberries will turn pink, but it does not affect the taste of them. |
