SOPHIA'S SPECIAL FISH | |
2 lb. fish fillets, sole or flounder 1/3 c. chicken broth 1 tsp. lemon juice Dash of pepper 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. herb flavored salad dressing mix 1/4 lb. fresh or canned mushrooms Lemon slices Place fish in a shallow casserole. Mix all ingredients (except mushrooms) and pour over fish. Saute mushrooms and place over top. Place thin slices of lemon on mushrooms. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. (This is also good without mustard. White wine may be used instead of chicken broth. If not using mustard, try vermouth.) |
