BALTIMORE'S OWN FISH CHOWDER 
32 oz. clam chowder
4 oz. coffee blend
Dash of thyme
Dash of Tabasco
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. L&P Worcestershire sauce
1 Herb-Ox chicken instant broth pkg.
4 oz. clam juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 oz. diced fresh haddock
4 oz. diced sm. shrimp

Combine all ingredients but fish and shrimp and let simmer for a while. Add cooked sauteed haddock or other fish and shrimp to chowder.
