2 graham cracker crusts ) can Thank You dessert cherries (not pie filling) 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade 2 env. unflavored gelatin 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (17.5 oz.) can Thank You vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip In saucepan combine cherry juice, lemonade and gelatin until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese and pudding until light and fluffy. Add gelatin mixture. Chill until mixture is partially set, mounding when dropped from spoon. Add 3/4 of the whipped topping and the cherries. Pour into graham cracker crusts. Chill until firm. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Makes 2 pies. |
