APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar juice

Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 325°F about 55 minutes. Cool until pan is warm to the touch.

Icing:

2 c. powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
remaining apricot nectar

Mix well and have ready to pour over warm cake while it is still in the pan. Poke holes in top of cake with tooth pick or fork so the icing will soak in good. Let set at least 1 hour before removing from pan.
