SCAMBOLI 
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed & rolled flat
1 lg. block Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. reg. sausage, browned & crumbled
1/2 lb. ham, minced or shredded
3/4 lb. pepperoni, minced

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
Basil
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

Roll out bread flat. Spread sauce over flat dough. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over, roll up and seal completely. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. (Makes 2 regular or 1 giant Scamboli.)
