APPLE CHILI SAUCE 
4 lb. tomatoes, after peeled
4 lb. sliced apples, after peeled
4 lg. onions
2 lb. light brown sugar
1 qt. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Chopped hot pepper or dry hot pepper
2 tsp. cloves or mixed spice
1 tsp. ginger or any other spice you would like

Boil 2 1/2 hours or until thick. Can and seal.
