CARAMEL BARS 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels
1 pkg. chocolate, white or yellow Pillsbury cake mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melt in double boiler. Cool. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and nuts. Mix until dough holds together. Press 1/2 of the dough in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips over baked crust. Then spread caramel mixture over it and crumble rest of dough on top. Return to oven and bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool slightly and then refrigerate about 30 minutes to set caramel. Cut into bars and serve.
