CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

TOMATO:

6-8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg

Brown hamburger; drain off fat and place in mixing bowl. Add all ingredients on left from green pepper through tomato sauce and place in 9 inch pie plate.

Grate Cheddar cheese; add milk and egg (dry mustard is optional). Mix together by hand and put on top of hamburger mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is brown.
