GOLDEN GOURMET CAKE | |
1 box butter cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. coconut, grated (I generally used canned coconut) 1/2 c. chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and butter well. Add pecans, beat until batter turns brown. Add coconut, beat 3-4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into ungreased Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool on rack. |
