1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth.

2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Combine pudding mix and milk, beat until thick, about 1 or 2 minutes. Fold together cream cheese mixture and pudding. Fold in one 12 ounce carton Cool Whip. Crush in food processor 1 1/4 pounds Oreo cookies.

Layer pudding mixture and cookies in flower pot, ending with cookies on top. Cool in refrigerator 2 or 3 hours.
