HOMINY BAKE 
2 (29oz.) cans white hominy
2 (4 oz.) cans minced green chilies
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Drain and rinse hominy, drain again. In a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole layer hominy, chilies, salt and pepper; dot with sour cream and butter, Repeat layer. Pour whipping cream over all and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.
