1 (16 oz.) can white hominy
1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy
1/2 lb. or more chopped Jack cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies

Mix hominy, sour cream and chilies. Add cheese. Spray casserole dish with Pam or grease it. Pour into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Hominy can be all one color. I use the Jack cheese with peppers instead of chilies.
