SCALLOPED SALMON 
1 lg. can salmon
1 med. onion, diced fine
Dash garlic powder
1 tsp. salt; pepper to taste
2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. milk (heated)
2 eggs

Bone and flake salmon. Place alternate layers of salmon, cracker crumbs and onion in a greased casserole.

Beat eggs and slowly add hot milk, butter and salt. Pour liquid over contents of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
