SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, mild 1 c. reg. rice, uncooked 4 1/2 c. water 6 chicken bouillon cubes 1 med. green pepper, diced 1 med. onion, minced 1 stalk celery, diced 1/4 c. butter Combine rice, water and bouillon cubes and boil 7 minutes. Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. Combine rice, vegetables and sausage; mix well. Pour all in a greased 2 quart oven proof casserole and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 8 servings. |
