ARTICHOKE SALAD 
2 jars marinated artichoke (hearts) drain and reserve liquid
4 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions and let cool. Add chopped artichokes and other vegetables to rice mixture. To artichoke liquid, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Mix and pour over all mixture. Mix thoroughly and let marinate overnight. Use a small amount of salt and pepper if desired.
