7 UP JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. hot water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) bottle 7 Up
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into mold. Freeze until firm. Serve frozen on lettuce beds, topped with mayonnaise or other dressings. May also be eaten without lettuce and dressing.
