Large coffee pot
30 c. water
31 rounded tsp. coffee
1 egg

Put water in large coffee pot. Combine coffee and egg with small amount of water. When the water in the pot comes to rolling boil add the egg mixture. When the coffee comes to rolling boil again cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand a few minutes so it can settle before serving.
