EASY FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 lb. fettucini
1/4 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream (may use Half & Half)
Romano cheese, grated

Cook fettuccine according to label and then drain. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add cream and mix. Pour cream sauce over noodles and toss gently. Then stir in romano cheese to desired taste. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
