3/4 c. "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
2 c. freshly grated Romano cheese
1 qt. heavy whipping cream
2 sm. boxes fettucini noodles
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in a pan. Add cream, garlic powder and cheese and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook noodles and drain well. Pour the sauce over individual plates of noodles and add chopped parsley, if desired.
