9 c. any Chex cereal
1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Pour cereal in large bowl. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave safe bowl or saucepan. If microwave, high 1-1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. If on top of stove, stir until melted. Add vanilla.

Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir until all pieces are coated. Pour cereal in bag with confectioners' sugar. Seal and shake until evenly coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
