CORN SCALLOP 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped onion
6 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp)

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put in greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (I usually double this recipe.) Yum-yum good!
