STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (10 oz.) can tomato juice

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare cabbage by cutting deeply around core. Place in boiling water about 5 minutes. Remove, separate leaves and set aside. Heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden brown. Place onion in large bowl. Add ground beef, pork, rice, egg, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well. Place about 1 heaping tablespoon meat in center of each leaf. Roll, then tuck in ends. Place side by side in shallow baking dish. Pour tomato juice over top. Cover dish. Bake 2 hours. About 8 servings.
