FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) refrigerator sugar cookies, slice & bake
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8 inch thick. Line ungreased 14 inch pizza pan with slices of cookie dough - overlapping. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Combine sugar, cheese and vanilla; mix well. Spread over crust, arrange fruit over cheese layer.

1/2 c. peach or apricot preserves
1/2 tbsp. water

Mix preserves and water. Glaze with preserve mixture. Chill. Cut into wedges. Serves 10-12.
