DELMONICO POTATOES 
1 bag Ore Ida hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw hashbrowns. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake in casserole dish one hour at 350 degrees.
