CALIFORNIA WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. California straight sherry
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool in pan for about 5 minutes before turning on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
