APPLE OR PEACH CRISP | |
1 qt. sliced apples or peaches 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. soft butter 3/4 c. flour Place fruit in bottom of baking dish. Add water. Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and flour until well blended. Put on top of fruit. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour or longer. Serve warm with or without ice cream. |
